Show Gets Four-Point Deer The deer-hunting fever, always due to reach a high pitch at this time of the year, wa,s given added impetus the first of the week with the appearance appear-ance of a nice four-point buck, killed in Nevada, where the season opens earlier than in Utah, and brought to Milford for storage. The buck, a very fine specimen from every point of view and weighing some 175 pounds, was killed Sunday by Selar Hutchins, popular representative of the forest service in charge of research work in connection with the desert range C. C. C. project west of Milford. Mr. Hutchins was accompanied on his hunt by Mr. and Mrs. Earl Y'ersin of Garrison, both of whom also secured nice four-point bucks. The hunting I was done in Lexington canyon, in the; Snake valley country, and was excep-l tionally fine, according to Mr. Hutch-1 ins. |
