Show BRADSHAW CASE COMES UP AGAIN The noted Ambrose Eradshaw case was up before Federal Conciliator J.. F. Tolton again Wednesday after-: noon. This is the fir..t case of its kind to be heard in the state. George ' Miller represented the defendant Bradshaw at the hearing and Sam Cline represented the plaintiff, the: Milford investment company. The case was originally brought before the conciliator early in June. At that time Bradshaw was given time in j which to demonstrate his ability to finance the farm for this years crop. At this hearing he came to make his report and to try and malfe terms, with his creditors. The proposition offered, and which ; Attorney Cline insisted should be put in writing so it could be placed j before the creditors for their accep-i tance of rejection, was as follows: j Bradshaw offers to pay off about j 50 per cent of his creditors, amount- j ing to about S200, to pay all 1933, taxes and pay all this years interest! and reduce his mortgage principal $250 before January 1, 1934. In the; meantime he agrees to continue in: his efforts to refinance his obliga-; tions to the. Milford Investment, company.
