Show BLACK ROCK Mr. and Mrs. Bert Moore of Salt Lake have been visiting at the home of Mr. and Mrs. A. G. James. Miss Beniti L. James has returned home from a very pleasant visit with friends in Salt Lake City. Miss Mildred Gillan of Oasis is visiting her cousin, Miss Dorothy James. Walter James and Merrill Miller, accompanied by Walter James Miller, spent several days in Sanpete county coun-ty visiting at Manti, Gunnison, Sterling Ster-ling and other points. A. G. James, accompanied by J. W. McCarthy, spent Tuesday in Milford. (Too late for last week.) Mrs. I. L. Kelly and two children spent the day at The Tall Trees on Wednesday of last week. Mrs. D. B. James and daughters, Mrs. James Holm of Milford and Mrs. W. H. Smith of Salt Lake, and son Thomas and wife were at Black Rock last week. The latter have set up housekeeping here. The last shipment of wool for this season left here this week. Dewey, Gould it Co. were the conseignees. Miss Beth Robinson of Parowan is visiting her aunt, Mrs. Raymond Ka-minska. Ka-minska. Mr. and Mrs. Ernest Winkler of Ogdcn were week-end visitors at the Walter James home. Mrs. A. G. James, accompanied by her sister, Mrs. Ralph Chrisjanson and her daughter Dorothy and son Ralph, are visiting in Oasis at the home of their parents, Mr. and Mrs. J. 11. Stepler. o BEAVER Mr. Kuby Robinson and little daughter of Killmore are spending a two weeks vacation at the home of the former's sister, Mrs. Charles Keele. -. Mr. and Mrs. Bill Woods and two little boys were Beaver visitors Friday. Fri-day. Miss Jannie Johnson of Salt Lake City is spending a month with relatives rel-atives at Beaver and Adamsville. Mrs. Frank Stoddard and baby of Kici.ficld are the gue.-t of Mrs. Stoddard's Stod-dard's parents, Mr. and Mrs. Milton T. Anderson. Mrs. Ulain Morris spent Tuesday at Milford, the gue-t of her sister-in-aw, Mr-. William Morris. Mrs. Ira Baldwin left Wednesday for a months vi-it with relatives at Salt Lake City. Mrs. Herbert Stapley and children have returned from Salt I.ake City, where they have spent the la-t six weeks. Mr... Margaret C. Cook of Delta nn old literary school-mate of Mrs. Otto Schwnb while tack in Cha-tauiua, Cha-tauiua, N. Y., visited with her Tuesday Tues-day their fir-t reunion for nine years. Congressman Abe Murdock arrived arriv-ed home from Washington, I). C. Sunday. Sun-day. He was met at Salt I-ake City Friday by Mr. Murdock. Bill Porter of Centerfield has returned re-turned home after a two weeks visit with his brothers, George and Rube Parkinson families. Mrs. Martin of Los Angeles is the house guest of her brother and sister Mr. and Mrs. Jack Ferguson. Mr. and Mrs. Jack Gunn and children child-ren of Adamsville visited with relatives rel-atives here Sunday. After a nicking trip to Long Beach for a week, Miss Josephine Robinson and Miss Florence Woodhouse returned re-turned home Friday. Mr. and Mrs. Ozey Plant of Los Angeles was the guest of their aunt and uncle Mr. and Mrs. George Valentine, Monday. They left Tuesday Tues-day for Price to visit with Mrs. Plant's relatives. Mr. and Mrs. Irwin Waker of Cedar City visited with their mother,! Mrs. Nancy Burt, and sister Stella j Monday, on their way back from Salina, where they had been to visit relatives. Mr. and Mrs. Sam Johnson and children spent the week-end at Cedar City. Mr. and Mrs. Arch Hoopes spent the week-end at Salt Lake City, returning re-turning home in a new Ford car.
