This convention is one of a series of ten to be held early this year, through which 8,000 field representatives will be informed of plans and policies for 1929. Other reginal conventions are to be conducted by the organization at Atlanta, At-lanta, Memphis, Fort Worth, San Francisco, Chicago, Cleveland, Boston, Bos-ton, New York and Montreal, Canada. Twenty officials of Frigidaire Corporation Cor-poration will come to Kansas City to conduct the meeting. During 1928 Frigidaire Corporation did the greatest great-est volume of business in its history, according to the official announcement announce-ment of the convention series, received re-ceived from F. G. Biechler, President and General Manager. "Prospects for 1929 are still more encouraging," his announcement said. "Sales should reach a mark never before attained in the industry. One of the most significant developments develop-ments of the past year, as far as the organiation is concerned, were the sharp price reductions, made possible by increased demand and production." |
