Show SOUTH MILFORD Judge Ben Johnson of Salt Lake spent the week-end with his daughter Mrs. Harold Sautter. Mrs. Johnson: has been visiting here for some iime.rj but returned to Salt Lake with heT husband on Sunday. Miss Emma Gail Gray of Thermo, is the guest of her aunt, Mrs. Chester Haskell. Mr. and Mrs. Ivan McKnight went to Fish Lake on Tuesday to spend several days fishing. Mrs. Bessie Snyder of Las Vegas, Nevada is visiting her mother Mrs.-W. Mrs.-W. W. Cook. The Social Hour Club met at the club house last Thursday afternoon-with afternoon-with Mesdames McKnight and Fisher as hostesses. Plans for the Flower show on August 7 were discussed and details are to be worked out by the committees appointed. Cooling refreshments re-freshments 'were served from small tables. The following committees were ap-' pointed by the president: Wild Flowers, Flow-ers, Mrs. James Griffiths, other members mem-bers of this committee will be chosen at a later date. Potted plants, Mrs. Ralph Meldrun, Mrs. Reuben Jones, Mrs. Mobias. Novelty Bazaar: Mrs. Ivan McKnight, Mrs. James Rollins, Mrs. Baker. Mixed Boquets: Mrs. Horace Palmer, Mrs. Carl Rohn, Mrs. Joseph Hickman. Single Flowers and boquets of one variety, Mrs. W.-'C. Cates ,Mrs. Adam Pattejrson, Mrs. Horace Elmer, Mrs. Addison Bybee, Miss Gladys Gaspill and Mrs. Charles. Thomas have charge of a musical pro5' gram for the afternoon, Mrs. W, W. Cook, Mrs. Haskell, Mrs. Walter Neb-er Neb-er are on the refreshment committee. Guests are limited to two for each club member. The Flower Show will be held over for an evening when husbands and j families of the members will be special spec-ial g-uests and they will be entertained entertain-ed hy the playlet "Good Gracious Grandma." Mrs. C. A. Rohn is directing direct-ing the play. The cast of characters is as follows: Mrs. James Rollins, j Grandma, Mrs. Ivan McKnight, mother; moth-er; Miss Rosabelle Jones, daughter. |
