MrQuarrie who was injured injur-ed Tuesday in an automobile accident is able to be out again. Work of oiling Main street and one block west of the monument is underway. under-way. The funeral of Aunt Betsy Goodwin, one of the oldest residents of the town, was held Wednesday afternoon. There was a large attendance. Jt is reported that Karl S. Carlton has sold his motion picture house to Mr. Lees, from Oregon, who will take possession August 1st. An accident occurred on Manderfield hill Tuesday, when a couple of gentlemen gentle-men from the K. D. Y. L. radio studio of Salt Lake suffered a blow-out and their car went through the railing and dropped twenty feet off the grade. The occupants escaped injury but the car was badly wrecked. Among the loot taken was a $125 wrist watch, a $75 set of pearls, a suit case and clothing and j other articles. |
