Show The west is attractive more and more of the big conventions. We notice that the American Society of Civil Engineers at their meeting October Oc-tober 7 in St. Paul, Minn., changed their spring meeting from Miami, Fla., to Yellowstone Park. A western west-ern man, Col. Herbert I. Cook of Denver, was nominated as president. Dr. Charles Ulrich of Salt Lake City who is in attendance upon court here on the water adjudication case, has held the position of president of this society being the first man from the west to fill that particular office. |
