' Mike Gibbons, one of Bingham's Bing-ham's pioneers, visited in Salt Lake City this week, returning on Thursday. County Assessor Cummings with some of his deputies were in Bingham on Wednesday adjusting ad-justing valuations. Mr. Cummings Cum-mings is anxious to give any and every taxpayer a square deal.
