Show NOTICE TO WATER USERS State Engineer's Office Salt Lake City, Utah, March 8, 1917. Notice is hereby given that H. Calvert and R. E. Waugh, whose post, office address, Is Myton, Utah, have made application In accordance with the requirements of the Compiled Compil-ed Laws of Utah, 1907, as amended by the Session Laws of Utah, 1909, 1911 and 1915, to appropriate five-tenths five-tenths (.!) of a cubic-foot of water per se-cond from Lake Fork River. Duchesne. County, Utah. Said water will be diverted at a point which bears north 50 degrees 15 minutes west 695 feet from the south quarter corner of Section 20, Township 2 south, Range 3 west, Uintah base and meridian, and conveyed by means ot a ditch for a distance of 2100 feet and there used from April 1 to November No-vember 15, Inclusive, of each year, to irrigate 35 acres of land embra ed in the northeast quarter of Section Sec-tion 29, township and range aforesaid. afore-said. This application is designated n the State Engneer's office as No. 7130. All protests against the granting of said application, stating the reasons reas-ons therefor, must be made by affidavit affi-davit in duplicate, accompanied by a fee of $2.50, and filed in this offic within thirty (30) days after the completion of the publication of this notice.
