R M. M M.-j M. Pope Duchesne president Robert Dalgleish Park City secretary treas James Clyde Heber first vice president Wm Anderson Vernal second vice Ice president W W. D D. W Harvey Heber national delegates and state tors In the evening a n fine banquet was served at the hotel Man Many good speeches were wera made complimentary to the Ole basin H. H W. W Harvey said that tha when Salt Lake awakened to the fact tact that the basin was here and what the it Oit was we would see definite action and development from that source but that a at present they seemed asleep Park City and Heber had full del Outside of Duchesne only two delegates represented the basin This fact seems unfortunate because the basin men have taken the lead and md done all the work Instate instate In state organization so far Mr J.
