Show NOTICE OF CHATTEL MORTGAGE MORT-GAGE FORECLOSURE BY AD VERTISEM E N T, A N D SALE OF MORTGAGED PROPERTY NOTICE IS HEUEItY GIVEN THAT: WHEREAS, default has occurred in the conditions of that certain chattel chat-tel mortgage made and executed by The Livingston Cattle Company, a corporation of the Stale of Utah, as mortgagor, to The Utah-Idaho Live Stock Loan Company, a corporation of Utah, as mortgagee, and saitl mortgage being thereafter assigned to the First National Bank of Boston, a banking corporation of Boston, State of Massachusetts, and which said mortgage bears date on the 21st day of April, A. D.
