Show NOTICE In the District Court of tlic Fifth Judicial Ju-dicial District of the State of Utah in and for the County of Milbtrd. T. H. Hays, Plaintiff ,vs. National Feed Mills of Delta, a corporation, Defendant. To Whom It May Concern: Notice is hereby given that the undersigned un-dersigned T. H. Hays of Delta, Utah, the plaintiff herein during the regular reg-ular term of said court on the 14th day of Feb. 1922 at 2 o'clock p. m. of said day in the court room of said court will present its notice and claim of lien as fully set forth in plaintiff's complaint now on file in said court in the above entitled action, act-ion, for foreclosure and other action according to law upon tho following described premises situated in Millard Mill-ard County, slate of Utah: All of lot G and 7 in Block 5i, Plat A, Delta Townsito survey in Millard County, Utah. All porsons holding mechanics or other liens or claiming under the provisions of Chap. 1 titlo G2 C. L. j 1917 upon said premises aro hereby notified to appear before said court at the time and place above specified to Exhibit then and there the proof of said liens.
