Show n3iTDRST FROM JME VALLEY ! Mr. and Mrs. D. K. (Buz) Simon-' Simon-' son and daughter, and George Rob-! Rob-! inson came over from Snake Valley : last Thursday. They found the J roads at Tule Flat almost impass-!ab!e; impass-!ab!e; Albert Bishop, who was just ahead of them, got stuck theiv three hours. A few days ago Mr. and Mrs. Slm-onson Slm-onson left their home to go duck shooting and visit their neighbors, and imagine their surprise to find Jim, Isaac and Stanley Robinson, and their respective families, all down with the "flu;" so bad were the eases that Mr. and Mrs. Simon-son Simon-son had to stay with them sixteen days, nine of which they passed without changing clothing. Had it not been for their able care and unflagging un-flagging efforts no doubt there might have been several deaths. Mrs. Cameron came back to her former home on a short visit, and she too came down with the disease, not yet being over it. Mr. Simonson reports his region doing nicely, .rood crops last year, and the outlook for this year pleasing. |
