Show Mrs. Frank Beekwith received a very painful injury by a large block of coal falling on her toe; after an ice pack for a day and a night, the injured member was still so painful as to prevent walking excapt at great discomfort. Mrs. Taggart Tag-gart is in Salt Lake City with her babies, where she is having medical attention given them. Miss Irene Roberts is in Delta after af-ter an extended visit in Cedar City. Mrs. Isaac Parry of Cedar City is visiting in Delta. Miss Erma Morrison Is visiting friends and relatives in Delta after a long winter's work In Sugarhouse. Miss Mabel Tucker will leave the end. pf this month for Winter Quarters, Quar-ters, where she will be with her aunt Mrs. Ellas Jensen, for the winter. THE SOCIABLE SIXTY The Sociable Sixty met at Oak 1 Creek Pavilion last Wednesday evening, even-ing, the guests of Mr. and Mrs. Chester Ches-ter Skinner, who gave their wedding dance to the club. There were fourteen cars present, and despite the inclemency of the weather, everyone had a huge time. The guests brought cups and cakes, and some pies, and. the hosts served coffe, chocolate and sandwiches at about midnight. The music was good and every one present made it a point to have a jolly good time. After lunch, the Sociable Sixty as a club, gave Mr. and Mrs. Skinner a half dozen silver knives and forks and a linen table cloth and a half dozen napkins, as a mark of their esteem. Mr. and Mrs. Skinnor showed their friends a nice time. Mrs. Beatrice Hunter of Salt Lake City has been the guest this week of her sister, Mrs. Tom Dix. Mrs, Delia Lisonbee has been Tilting Ti-lting in Columbia, Utah, for the lant week, Mr. and Mrs. L. B. Orooketon of Idaho, have been the guests of Mr, and Mrs, Pean F, Peterson for lajt week. C. A. Snyder, of Auburn, Neb., a land owner on the North Tract, was a Delta visitor last week, looking look-ing over the crop situation, with which he was well pleased. Jay L. Cooms of Ho.-1en (his farm located between Holden and Haw Bush) has a very fine seed crop of about ninety acres, which promises prom-ises well. We hope to give the returns re-turns later, when treshed. T. J. Parvio of the Tarkio Company Com-pany is in town, superintending the work of construction of their plant for immediate operation. Mr. and Mrs. Frank Beckwjth, Mr. and Mrs. W. E. Cook and the Misses Elizabeth Warnick and Gerlo Beekwith motored to Clear Creek Sunday, returning by way of the Warm Spring at Meadow to souse off the canyon dirt. Mr. and Mrs. F. M. Daltou of Payson are visiting Mr. and Mrs. Tom DIx. Mr. Delton is Mr. Dix' nephew.
