Show ! cover the proposed bond issue is ! j so trilling over the various debts i now existing that it is hardly! I worth while to mention (500 ' per yearj j These needed improvements ! must be met by the Board, and jifnotby the bond issue, they must come piece-meal at the ex- j ! pense of the whole county by : i curtailment of necessary running j expenses. Let's all study the matter over thoroly and cast our vote next Saturday in the spirit of "Do Unto Others as We Would that Others Do Unto Us." Let's Reason Together. Next Saturday is the day on which you are called to express ex-press your view as to the matter of bonding the county for funds with which to carry on the educational edu-cational work of the county. So f tr as we have heard expression in this vicinity there seems to be i no objections offered and from the statement issued by the Board and published in the C hronicle of week before last we can see no possible reason for any one opposing the bond issue, i The board is truly in dire need I of funds to carry on the sciiool i work and it is hard for them to : try to do any thing like justice to the county as a whole in the pre- ; dicament in which they find t themselves. True some of the i districts have been well cared for before the consolidation of the various districts. Yet the j b ard has had to take care of the it debtedness incurred to bring this benefit about, and we believe those located in such districts e will see the fairness in voting the bond that others may be benefitted as they have been. 1 Th actual amount needed to f |
