Show NOTICE TO WATER USERS. Stste Engineer's Office, Salt l4tku City, Utah, Oct. 24, 1912. Notice Is hereby given that Peter T. lllack and Charles O. Warnlck, whose poHtoffice adJress Is Deseret. Utah, have made application In accordance ac-cordance with the requirements of the Compiled Laws of Utah. 19u7, s amended by the Session Laws of Utah, 1909 and 1911, to appropriate six (6) cubic feet of water per second from Sevier river, Millard County, Utah. Said water will he diverted at a po'nt which lies 2,280 feet north and 2)2 feet west of the southeast corner of the southwest quarter of Section 6, Township 18 south, Range 7 west. Salt I-ake Rase and Meridian, from where It will be conveyed by means of a ditch for a distance of 10.010 feet and there used during the period from September 1 of each year, to June 30, Inclusive, of the year following, to Irrigate Ir-rigate 400 acres of land embraced In Sections 1 and 2. Township IX south. Range 8 west. Salt Luke liase and Meridian. This application Is designated In the State Engineer's office as No. 4669. All protests against the granting of said application, stating tbe reasons therefore, must be made by affidavit In duplicate and filed In this office within thirty (30) days after the completion com-pletion of the publication or this notice.
