Erastus Pack, an old time resi-l resi-l dent of Hinckley, but now of Provo, is in town visiting rela-t rela-t tives and looking after business i interests. i Mrs. Jane Theobald, Mrs. 1 Lydia Theobald and, Mrs. Emma Spendlove left Tuesday for Oak 1 City where they will spend the . remainder of the week as the guests of Mrs. Clara Talbot. ! Miss Fawntella Cahoon has . been very ill the past week of pleurisy and pneumonia. She is , somewhat improved at this writ-, writ-, ing and her many friends are - hoping for her immediate recov-! recov-! ery. 1 The infant of Mr. and Mrs. 1 Harvey Loveland of Lynndyl, who died Monday, will be brot to this place for burial. The ; sympathy of the entire community commun-ity is extended to the bereaved ' parents. Joseph E. Blake has accepted a call for a mission to New Zealand Zea-land and expects to leave about April 22nd. He is one of our ' most enterprising townsmen and should be able to do much good in his new field of labor, j Mr. Barker, an Assyrian, soli-; soli-; citing aid for the Bulgarian War sufferers was a visitor at our j town on Tuesday. Mrs. Christenson : was recently operated on for apr . pendicjtis. President and Mrs. Alonzo A. Hinckley returned home Sunday. Mrs. Hinckley has been away a month and Pres. Hinckley has been gene the past two months serving the citizens of this county coun-ty as Representative to the State Legislature. The Relief Society will celebrate cele-brate the Annual Day this year i with a party in the Academy Gymnasium, given in honor of the Grandmothers. There will be a programe, refreshments ' and dancing, and all the married , people of the town are cordially . invited to be in attendance. |
