Inlow was on trial for tho murder of Thomas kiddle White, a public chauffeur, chauf-feur, who was found ilnud In his machine ma-chine In the southern part of the city on the morning of October 4. 1 9 12. The first suspicion against Inlow, when the perpetrator of the crime was looked fur, came because be was Involved lu a previous charge of stealing steal-ing ore specimens, and White bad Informed In-formed against him.
