Show to Provo last week to see their son, Ray. and family. Sam Jensen has as his guest his son-in-law, Conrad Vogel, from Salt Lake City. fhe Gold and Green ball was held in the Leamington ward hall last Saturday night. Doris Jensen was crowned queen by Stake President Pres-ident Burnis Finlinson. Ilor attend- ! ants were Ruth Jensen and Glenna Nelson. The crown bearer was Roger Ro-ger Nielson and the flower girls , were La Priel Lovell and Patsy Hansen. The crowning of the queen was followed by a dance with Mr. and Mrs. Stanley Bradfield, Mis. Wanda Nielson and Sterling Nielson, Niel-son, Mr. and Mrs. Ben Steveneson, Mr. and Mrs. Rueben Nielson, Mr. and Mrs. Dick Nielson taking part. Also a dance was presented byDon Williams and Jo Ann Nielson, j Grant Nielson and Verdean Finlinson, Finlin-son, Alio Nelson and Leda Bige-low, Bige-low, Evan Nielson and Gennvieve Nielson. A very large crowd attended at-tended and a pleasant evening was enjoyed. Mrs. Charles Williams recevied word that her brother, John W. tf Strange, had died on Feb. 10 at the home of his daughter, Mrs. Estrel-la Estrel-la Lewis at Redwood City, Calif, j Mr. Strange was a former resident 1 of Leamington. Mr. and Mrs' Elmer Sodaquist have been here for a week to care for her mother, Mrs. M. C. Dutson, who came home ill from California. Mrs. Dutson is much better at this time. Mr. and Mrs. Sodaquist left Sunday for their home in Salt Lake City. Leamington . . . Mrs. Leonard jDutsor Virginia Nielson has been home visiting with her parents, Mr. and Mrs. Shelby Nielson for a few days. She has returned to Cedar City where she is employed as a trained train-ed nurse. Mr. and Mrs. John Anderson were Provo visitors last weekend. Mr. and Mrs. Spencer Nielson were visitors in San Francisco. They visited with their two sons, Russel and Rolland, also called to see the Dutson girls, Donnis and Ar-lene. Ar-lene. They visited all the most interesting in-teresting places, and from there went on down the coast to Los Angeles and then home. They had a very interesting and pleasant trip. The Daughters of Utah Pioneers met at the home of Mrs. Lydia E-vans. E-vans. Fern Bigelow gave an interesting inter-esting lesson. Mrs. Maud Johnson gave a special number.
