Show Grand Opening Announced By Delta Dealer 1 v A ALTON F. "Red" SMITH Doors will open at 10 a.m. Saturday Sat-urday for the grandopening of Sunset Sun-set Chevrolet Company, Alton F. "Red" Smith, new Chevrolet and Oldsmobile dealer announced today. to-day. A cordial invitation Is extended extend-ed and a warm welcome awaits all visitors. New location of Sunset Chevrolet Chevro-let Co. is the former John Deere building on Clark Street. The build ing has been completely remodeled remodel-ed and redecorated from the display dis-play room and on through the shop. A record time dJ 30 days was made in making the move from the former location at Pace Motor Co. and getting the new location ready for occupancy. In the shop, which at one time housed a theatre, thea-tre, the old wood floor was removed, remov-ed, 92 loads of dirt filled in, and a concrete floor poured. Windows were cut in, and the walls sprayed spray-ed with light paint. Company personnel who will assist as-sist with the grand opening are Mrs. Anita Crawford, Cloy Brod-erick, Brod-erick, Keith Dalton, Earl Sagers, Alldred Van de Vanter, Jerry Jus-tesen, Jus-tesen, Don Leek and their wives. Also present Saturday will be Orson Brown o Spanish Fork, who is president of the corporation at Delta, while Mr. Smith is vice pres ident. Representatives will be there from General Motors Acceptance. Accep-tance. Corporation, Chevrolet and Oldsmobile Motor Divisions, Goodyear, Good-year, and Motor Insurance Corpora tion. |
