Show Iteciie Vows In ISoeiio Ceremony Miss Sharon Robison, daughter of Mrs. Sepha Robison, of Delta, and Mr. Robert M. Clark, son of Mr. and Mrs. Rufus Clark, of Sug-arville, Sug-arville, recited wedding vows on Saturday, Nov. 10. The ceremony was performed at 5:30 p. m. at the' home of the bride by Dr. M. E. Bird, bishop of Delta First ward, in the presence of members of the families and Mrs. Bird. The bride was lovely in a traditional trad-itional wedding gown of white satin. Her fingertip veil was held by a wreath of orange blossoms, and she carried a bouquet of pink and white roses. Her sister, Miss Choral Robison, was maid of . honor, gowned in pink. Her niece, Mary Jo McClellan was bridesmaid and wore a white picture frock. Both carried nosegays nose-gays of lavender and white chrysanthemums chry-santhemums encircling one large white bloom, with forgetmenots. Bruce Abbott, recently returned from service in Korea, stood as best man for Mr. Clark. Present for the ceremony from out of town were Mr. and Mrs. Elmer McClellan, from Salt Lake City, and Mr. and Mrs. Harry Roda baugh and Mr. and Mrs. Brooks Robison, from Provo. Following the ceremony a buffet buf-fet dinner was served, and the bride cut the four-tiered beauti'ful-ly beauti'ful-ly decorated wedding cake made by her uncle, Mr. McClellan, who is chief baker at the Hotel Utah. The young couple departed later lat-er that evening for a honeymoon trip and will return later to make their home at Sugarville. A troussea tea and shower on Thursday afternoon of last week was given at the home of the bride's mother, honoring the bride. Guests called between 5 and 7 p. m. with gifts and best wishes. |
