It could savt farmers many a step when thej hear a noise in the barn or chickec house at night. Key to the apparatus is RCA's industrial in-dustrial TV system. This compact equipment uses a home-movie-siza camera, which could be installed in any convenient spot where ii could overlook the interior of the barn. The camera's sensitive pickup tube can see in almost any light the human eye can. The picture is transmitted over several hundred feet of cable to a master control unit no bigger than the smallest table-model TV set. Install the unit by your bedside, hang up your coat, and prop up your feet. Television may be a farm fixture before you know it. |
