D Thomas faculty ty advisor for forthe forthe the he inter-fraternity inter council has sanctioned this step because of the following reasons 1 Misrepresentation of size and condition of the national at the time ime of granting of Zeta chapter 2 Failure of attempts at national growth The Rho Lambda chapter was vas organized in 1925 and was granted its charter in May of 1926 on the University of Utah cam cam- pus During the year 1929 it went national The Rho Lambda intends to continue as a completely complete complete- Ily ly individual and local unit
