Show Hinckley High Sponsors Amateur Rodeo Saturday evening, May 19, commencing com-mencing at 8 p. m. the Hinckley high will present an amatuer rodeo, rod-eo, the benefits of which are to go to the athletic fund. Competition Compet-ition will be furnished by Delta high school . A queen and attendants attend-ants from Delta will also compete com-pete against a HHS queen. This rodeo has all the makings of a professional one with stock being furnished by the town of Hinckley. There will be bronc riding, rid-ing, calf riding, roping, bull dogging, dog-ging, clowns, and novelty acts, from both Delta and Hinckley. Concessions will be sponsored by the Hinckley high school. Queen tryouts for Hinckley were held at 'the rodeo grounds on i Thursday evening. Lyla Rae Talbot, Tal-bot, Sherlene Talbot, LoRraine Petersen Pet-ersen and Shirley Davis tried out. No decision was reached as there will be another tryout Thursday night with Delta girls participating Consider this announcement as your official invitation to attend one of the outstanding entertainments entertain-ments df the year and the first rodeo of the season.
