Show needed moisture, but not especial ly the freezing temperatures ami snow storms. Oak City Mae H. Shipley Primary conference was held on Sunday evening under the direction direc-tion of Primary President Irene Talbot. The theme of the program was "And They Shall Also Teach Their Children to Walk Uprightly Before the Lord." Each class gave parts to dramatize the theme Alice Al-ice Anderson was the reader, Joyce Talbot, the accompanist. btake vistors present were Mrs. Margaret Callister and Mrs. Lola Dalton. The Fireside Chat after the services ser-vices was held at the home of Mr and Mrs. Christian Anderson. Elder Daryl Talbot showed slides of old ruins of Mexico and South America, also some of his mission pictures, all were very interesting. About 43 people were present. Refreshments Re-freshments were served. Miss Verna Mae Shipley and Mr. and Mrs. Elvan Chr'istianson and children visited in Oak City, from Salt Lake. Mr. and Mrs. Clarence East and daughters from Provo spent the weekend in Oak City. Mrs. Helen Wright and little daughter, Betty Rae, are visiting in Oak City with her parents, Mr. and Mrs. LeRoy Anderson. Oak City is enjoying the much- |
