Last Tuesday Harold Home, Mr. and Mrs. Roy Clark were driving to lodge when they met with an accident which happened on the Orem road 91. They were taken to the Valley hospital. Roy remain ed over night and X-rays were taken. They discovered his leg was injured and a huge gash on his head. Mr. Home and Mrs. Clark were released that evening but it was discovered later Mr. Home had a fractured knee and now has is in a cast. He and Mrs. Home are now in Salt Lake visiting their children until he recovers. In spite of their bruises and condition con-dition Roy and Thelma went to Lynndyl Saturday as they had a show planned there. They returned return-ed Sunday. Miss Gladys Banks rode down from Provo with them to attend the wedding reception of Mr. and Mrs. Sherman Little and to visit her parents, Mr. and Mrs. Alma Banks. Thursday evening Mrs. Kay Aitkin Ait-kin of Provo, Thelma Clark and Mrs. Norma Majers of Orem enjoyed enjoy-ed a party given by the Eagle Auxiliary Au-xiliary in Provo to secure members. mem-bers. Mrs. Ivie is kept busy these days between be-tween Provo and Salt Lake help- ing her daughter Mrs. Ray Harvey and children. Vernal Ivie of Bur-bank Bur-bank is in Provo spending the winter win-ter with the Ivies. Wallace Allen, who was quite ill with the flu is recovered and returned re-turned to Evanston, Wyoming to work. Mr. and Mrs. Don Williams, Mr. and Mrs. Orran Nielson of TOD Park, stopped on their way home from Leamington Sunday and visited vis-ited with Mr. and Mrs. C. E Simpson Simp-son at Provo. Mr. and Mrs. Gill Johnson who have been in East Los Angeles, visited in Provo with Mrs. Don James. Mr. Johnson returned to Los Angeles and Mrs. Johnson went to Fillmore to stay with her parents.
