Show NOTICE TO WATER USERS Notice is hereby given that the Long Canal Company, Panguitch, Utah, has made application No. 48-41 to the State Engineer for temporary change of point of diversion di-version and place of use of 27.21 sec. ft., the water right acquired by Sevier River Decree. The water has been diverted into Long and East Bench Canal at a point S. 1750 ft. and E. 650 ft. from NW Cor. Sec. 11, T35S.R5W, and used from March 15 to Nov. 15 to irrigate irri-gate 2200 acres of land embraced in Sees. 2, 3, 4, 9, 10, 15, 16, 21, 22, 27, 33, 34, and 35, T34S, R5W, SLB&M. It is proposed to divert the above quantity of water from October 1, 1948 to Nov. 15, 1948 into Panguitch Stale Canal at a point S. 2780. ft. and E. 985 ft. from NW Cor. Sec. 11, T35S, R5W to irrigate 4000 acres of land embraced em-braced in Sees. 2, 11, 15, 22, 26, T34S, R5W; Sees. 1, 2, 11 1o 15 incl., 22, 24, 27, 34 and 35, T.33S, R5W; Sees. 25, 35 and 36, T32S, R5W, all from SLB&M. A hearing will be held on this application in the State Engineer's Office. 403 State Capitol, Salt lake City, Utah, at the hour of 1:00 p. m., October 26, 1948. Ed. H. Watson State Engineer.
