Walker Mr. and Mrs. Frelen Shurtz, Mr. and Mrs. Leo Davis, Mr. and Mrs I Harold Done, Mr. Dick Clark, Mr. j and Mrs. Mel Terry, and Mr. and Mrs. Manley Abbott are all recent I visitors in Salt Lake City. ! Bishop Rom Shields was taken to - i Salt Lake City this week, for med-i med-i ical treatment for a back injury. Mr. and Mrs. Lowell Lambert are back from Nebraska, where they have been spending the winter. They expressed themselves as very 1. glad to be back in Utah sunshine. 1 ! The work on the Topaz house 2. ! which was bought for the Sugar-i Sugar-i I ville ward is coming along fine. The 3. j house will be converted for use of 4. ! the Relief Society and Boy Scouts 5. I for a meeting-place. fi ! The PTA of the Sutherland school wish special mention of the Parents-Teachers meeting Thursday evening, at 8. A full attendance of North Tract parents is requested. Mr. and Mrs. Will Walker are spending a few days in Salt Lake City. The Sugarville Sunday School has been re-organized. New officers are Vance Abbott, superintendent; Cecil Shurtz and Bob Jensen, counselors, coun-selors, and Evelyn Davis, secretary. Mrs. John Clark is visiting in California with her daughter, Marian, Mar-ian, who was recently married. Mr. and Mrs. Wallace Holman and daughter have returned from their visit in California with their daughter, over the holidays. |
