As much as possible of tho main drain is to bo covered clay tllo drain but wherever tho grado is insufficient or the required capacity capa-city too great, tho drain is to bo an open canal. Tho purpose of organizing tho said drainago district is to construct drains for tho reclamation and protection pro-tection of lands within tho proposed district. Tho said petitioners will ask for a hearing on said petition and will request that tho samo bo granted at the regular meeting of tho said Board of County Commissioners to bo hold on Monday, tho 28th day of November, 1921, at tho hour of 10 o'clock A.
