Show GEORGE B. BOWEN Pres. of Cache VaUey Com-niission Co. President of Chamber of -Commerce A casual visitor in Logan at once recognizes re-cognizes the fact that it is a progressive city and at the head of its commercial affairs af-fairs are men who are alert, energetic and determined. Of such progressive citizens, the name of George B. Bowen, President of the Chamber of Commerce is a prominent one. He was born in Tooele county, Utah, 36 years ago, where he received his early education. Coming to Logan seven years ago, he started the Cache Valley Commission Com-mission Co.; and built it up to the big business it is today. Mr. Bowen, is known amongst his business busi-ness colleagues as 'the silent worker' A man who accomplishes a lot of, work for the public good and says nothing. Aside from his official position as President of the Chamber of Commerce he is a director in the Rotary Club, and one of Logan's biggest boosters. |
