H Incidentally we note that about all of the H papers are in complete harmony with this H statement. Yesterday the Salt Lake Tri- H bune in editorial declared that the time H for bearing down .had passed, that better H conditions were prevailing and better Hj times at hand. Other papers from all ov- H, cr the country are saying the same thing, H al) of which goes to show that the evi- H dences at hand-are substantial barom- Hv eters, of better conditions. H 'Prices have come down as stated in the j columns of this paper by our advertisers Hv from, time to time and the people can. now H- ftjel content that we are getting back to H-H normal conditions. The people can rest H ' satisfied that they can buy now with no H fear of being imposed u,pon. ' The mer,- H chants have bought with care and judg- H ment and have marked their .goods in H line, v ith conditions and reduced pi-ices. |
