The fcrvices were conducted by Counselor Counsel-or John P. Cardon and the ward choir offered tho opening hymn. Tho Invocation was offered by Elder Richard E. Yeates followed bo- tho choir singing. Elder Anthou Anderson Ander-son was tho first speaker. He had known the deceased as a zealous worker on the Logan temple and also al-so on the church farm and testified to his good life and splendid character. char-acter. Elder Frank H. Ilaugh Jr. sang a Solo. Elder John T. Calno thon said that he had known the departed de-parted for a period of forty years, that In his capacllj .is policeman ho had ever urged the young to turn fiom ovll ways, that he hud lived n good clean life and that his inomorv Mouldbo honored and respetced bj his relatives and friends. Elder Moses Thatcher bore his testimony to tho flno straight character of tho dead man, and said ho had known him thirty years und had found hi in to be a faithful olllcor and a sterling citizen. Cardon offered the gratitude of the family for the many kindnesses that had been shown them during the Illness and death, and to those who attended and contributed to the service.
