Show m ra w CHILD LABOR IN GERMANY The-department of labor has issued a bulletin showing the employment of children chil-dren .under the age of 16 years, in Ger-. man factories, increased ten per cent between be-tween 1913 and 1018. While these figures fig-ures are three years old and, therefore, not of very great importance as definite infonuation, they indicate that American producers must expect to.find in the German Ger-man factories a larger proportion of child labor with which the American workman must compete.
