Show FREEDOM OF ACTION H The Xiondon Times takes an optimistic view of the treaty between Germany and H the United States, but says that the allies H should not be left "to do the drudgery of execution of peace." Quite likely the Un-H Un-H ited States will help, as it has helped ever H since the armistice, but everything done . by this country will be of its own free H choice. The dominant note of the peace treaty is that the United States retains complete freedom of action from the leaguei Of nations or any othe'r foreign influence.
