I Mr. Gulslaln Is ono of the foremost fy of the young artists In the United ' States today. He is a member of tho most exclusive art circles of New York and Is well known In the art galleries of France. Much of his earlier work was done iln F-nnco, where ho studied with such notud artists ar-tists as Bastion, Wagcmuns and Con' stantln Meunler. I The pictures exhibited at the U. I A. C. wore principally water colors' I with some oil fancy pictures and one I portrait. Water colors are a 1. O-.by Vj with Mr. Gulslaln.
