Bingham has not yet reached her , , ' full quota in the sale of War Savings Stamps, but the campaign is still in progress and new pledges are beipg added daily to the list. This campaign cam-paign has been worked with exceptional excep-tional energy and a great , number of business and professional men of the camp have been on the Job daily for the past two weeks. The town of Bingham' proper has found it rather difficult to bring up 1U quota owing -Js to the fact that many hundreds of 7 residents here subscribed through the outlying camps where they are em-, em-, ployed.
