Show SCHOLARSHIP AND OTHER AWARDS MADE Scholarship and various other awards were made Tuesday morning by the faculty of tho Utah Agricultural Agricul-tural College at tho regular chapel period. Prof. George B. Hendricks director of tho school of commerce and business administration, In his capacity as chairman of the faculty commlttco on scholarships and awards aw-ards acted, as chairman and awards were made-by various taoulty members Prof. Hendricks officially announced an-nounced Mr. Leroy Hansen of Logan as the winner of the medal annually offered by tho Sons of the American Revolution for tho best speech on patriotism. Miss Sara Huntsman, professor of public speaking and dramatic art presented tho Gcorgo D. Casto medal for the best memorized memor-ized speech to Miss Laura Andrus of Spanish Fork. The Hendricks medal me-dal going annually to the winner of the contest In extemporaneous speaking speak-ing was awarded by Prof. N. A. Ped-erson, Ped-erson, head of the department of English, to Mr. Hulme Nebeker of Loean. The Lois Hayball medal which goes each year to some Junior Jun-ior .or senior In the school of home economics on the basis of qualities of womanhood, scholastic ability and .evidence of, the application of home economics principles in dally life, was awarded to Miss Louise Bird of Sprlngvllle by Prof. Jessie Whltraore of the department of foods, President Byron Alder , of thg Gamma Delta fraternity, an honorary honor-ary agricultural organisation, announced an-nounced that the following seniors and faculty members had been voted vot-ed Into tho society: Ardath Prleo, Provo; W. I. Poulter, Logan; Fielding Field-ing Barlow, Logan; Archie Fay Barney, Bar-ney, Logan: John Roy Tlppotts, St. George; B W. Robinson, Salt Lake City; Leon P. Chrlstensen, Brlgham; Dr. E. B. Brossard, professor of farm management; Dr. R. Hill, professor of chemistry; Prof. Ray Becraft, In charge of work In range management. manage-ment. Dr. F. ,L- West, professor of the Phi Kappa Phi honorary fraternity announced the following from the 1920 graduates as nowly elected members: Geneva Wells, Salt Lake City; Ethlyn Oliver Oreavos, Logan; Ardath Price, Provo; W.
