Tho stockholders meeting of tho Cacho County Farmers' Society of Equity was held Snturday at tho Roosters club rooms. At 10 o'clock tho ono hundred and twenty-dvo stockholders assembled to listen to tho nnnual report of Manager Jos-' oph G. Salisbury Tlio amendments to tho articles or incorporation which havo been suggested for somo'tlmo wero pissed by tho stockholders. Tho good showing mado by tho Society of Equity, caused the stockholders stock-holders to vote to Increaso tho capital capi-tal stock from $20,000 to $50,000 which will glvo n larger working capital. Tho new board of directors elected aro A. L. llyer of Lewis-ton,. Lewis-ton,. president; A. I,. Farroll or Logan, Lo-gan, vice prosldont; A. II. Richards of Mendon, C. L. Funk of 'Richmond, II. W. n.illard of llonson, John A. Lolshman of Wellsvllle, and David O. Nielsen of Hyrum. Tho afternoon session wns dovoted to nn cUdresn glvon by Gcorgo H. Hall, president of tho Intormountaln Equity. Ho discussed tho vnluo of tho farmors co-operating In a most forcoful address. Ho touched upon tho history and progress of the equity organizations throughout tho wost in tho pas', fow years.
