Show Men Selected Under Draft to Have Chance to Secure Commissions Washington, Sept. G. Unlisted men In tho national army are to bo given special opportunities to become- officers. Secy. linker paid today to-day that tho establishment of a third series of officers' training camps wa3 under consideration and that men selected se-lected under tho draft would bxi ox-tended ox-tended such opportunities to enter that a majority of those enrolled probably would bo from tho ranks. This policy will bo ndhered to In all training camps opened during tho war. How many more camps will be opened Is not known but It Is a part of the general plan to continue tho making of officers by special training as long as It Is necessary to continue tho Increasing of the army. |
