McAllster, member of the state board of pharmacy, has Jii3t received tlio following communication communica-tion which Is self oxplanltory: ' It has been brought to tho attention atten-tion of tho board of pharmacy that thero aro some seed stores throughout through-out the state that nro contemplating selling bichloride of mercury or cor-roslvo cor-roslvo subllmato to their customer for tho purpose of spraying plants and the treating of seedB, etc. Thero Is a state law which prohibits prohib-its tho snto of bichloride, of mercury and Its poisonous derlvlattvcs outside out-side of drug stores employing registered regis-tered pharmacists. Will you kindly notify nny dealers in your section of tho state, who may Intend to sell this poison, that It Is unlawful and thoy aro subject to prosecution by so doing.
