Ho told rao that tho causo of my troublo -was a sub-luxated sub-luxated vertobrao in my splno which was pinching tho norves that lead to my vocal cords and that I had strained strain-ed my splno by eomo henvy work, then I recalled that I had boon lifting lift-ing heavy pieces of coal all day Saturday Sat-urday (something to which I was not accustomed).
