The roll cal showed an Increase of 43 members ore last year's enrollment The Cache encampment feels especially es-pecially ,cheerful lust now over the changes which they have succeedeo? in havfetg made la the constitution. Since its beginning the organization has held to 1853 as the latest date at which settlers could he classed as pioneers. 'The Cache encampment has contended that all who came before be-fore 1869 should bo so classed, and by persistent effort they have" succeeded suc-ceeded In having the constitution amended, making 1869 the final date. The encampment assembled In the pavilion at 1 o'clock, where elaborate elabor-ate preparations had been made for, their comfort. There were plenty of rugs, easy chairs, etc., to give a pleasant home like .effect to tho Dig hall.
