The plan will become be-come elfectlvo as soon as tho Incorporation Incor-poration papers have been filed with the secretary of stnte, this action to be taken within tho next few days. The original capitalisation of tho two companies merged was $500,000, each. By tho Incorporation the capl' tallzatlon Is Increased $4,000,000. According to tho articles o. Incorporation Incorpor-ation two and ono third shares of the stock of the now compnny of the par nlue of $100 will bo issued fcr every share of stock of tho Ogden Ilap'd Transit company. One and one fourth shares In tho now corporation will bo issued for every ton shares of lho par value of $10 In the Logan Rapid Transit company.
