Show , : : Auto Club Coming Here Logan and Cache valley are to re-' celve a vlsjt from the Automobile club of Utah, on May. 30, and at a. special meeting held at the Commercial Commer-cial club Thursday ovenlng, preliminary prelim-inary plans were discussed for the entertainment of the visiting guests. Mr. N. H. Bertram, of Salt Lake City, a member of the Automobile club was present and made the following fol-lowing statement: The membership, of the Automobile club of, Utah lg composed com-posed 'of the leading business and professional pro-fessional men of the state. Somo 6f the objects they are working for Is tho building and malntalnence of good roads; to have passed and enacted en-acted laws that will aid the motorist and to promote a spirit of friendship and cooperation among aatomobllo owners. Tho club members hhvo regular reg-ular runs each season to the differ-, differ-, out cities In the state. Tbeso runs serve a twofold purposo Inasmuch as they givo tho owner of a machlno a chance to mako a touring trip with -ngreenblo compnnlbns. Theso runs til bo give tho business and professional profession-al men a chanco to know' more of their state and to got hotter acquainted acquaint-ed with their friends in tho different towns of tho stnto. Tho members of tho club nro more than willing to pay their own expenses Mid do not expect something for nothing.
