Robert Madero, three year old son of Mr. and Mrs. Alhponsa Madero of 37 Beach street, and a nephew of the late president of Mexico, was run over ov-er by an lco whgon In Main street, receiving Injuries which may result In death. Tho child with an older brother was out with two Indian servants when ho ran away from tho nurse and ran toward tho wagon. As ho looked behind to see If tho nurse was following ho walked In front of tho rear wheel. It passed over his abdomen. Timothy Hicks, driver of the wagon, wag-on, was taken to police headquarters. After witnesses testified that he was in no way responsible for the accident acci-dent ho was paroled. Tho child's father, who Is a well known mining engineer, and n graduate grad-uate of tho Massachusetts Institute of technology, saved tho llfo of General Gen-eral Villa after ho had been condemned condemn-ed to death threo years ago by Genera!
