Show IDAHO TREASURER IS l ARREST O. V. Allen Charged With Misappropriation Misap-propriation of 970,364.68 Boise, Idaho, Oct. 21 State Treasurer Treas-urer O. V. Allen was arrested here at midnight tonight on a complaint sworn to by Governor John M. Haines, charging him with the misappropriation misap-propriation ot $70,364.58 of tunds bo-' longing to the state ot Idaho. Tho arrest was made at his home in tho llnrtt apartments. He is now in tho county Jail awaiting arraignment which 'Will take place tomorrow.
