He dwelt on the sterling qualities of tho deceased and In closing read a poem from tho pen of our venerable Sister E, II. Weakley, who composed It for tho occasion. A male quartet composed of Georgo Jones, L. Goorgo Clarke, H. H. Cooley and E. W. Fish, rendered ren-dered very touchlngly, Crossing the, Bar. Elder William H. Grlfnn Sen., was the next speaker, who dwolt feelingly on tho life Of tho .'deceased and on the belief of tho saints In the hereafter. Cooley who spoke ot hit associations with the deceased1 and In a pouching manner showed the faith that she had in the i gospel ,and had- endured throughout bor long illness. She had died knowing that God lived and was, the rewarder of those who diligently! seek him.
