On account of this deal the Fanners & Merchants Savings bank found Itself without u President and likewise without a director in the personnel of Mr. Hendrtckson when tho board of directors mot last Saturday oven-ing. oven-ing. In severing his connection with the bank, Mr. HendrlekBon said: "In order to protect the bank tioui any Injury that might come In consequence con-sequence of tho recent uncalled for law suit against Mr. Stohl and myself, my-self, I have sold all of my holdings In the Farmers & Farmers Savings Bank to Win. M. and Luther Howell and am accordingly no lonqer an officer offi-cer in this institution.
