Show PRICE OF AIRPLANE SPRUCE TOO LOW New York, Jan. 16. A report on the cause ot delay in the production ot spruce for airplane construction submitted to Howard E. Coffin, tho chairman of the, aircraft board . by the Aero Club of America, made public pub-lic here, states that the lumbermen cannot produce airplane spruce at the price set by the government.
