Following Is an examplo: John Smith can get an allowance for his wifo and children, no mattcr'what hln salary may bo, by allotlng $15; for his parents by allotlng $G moro. If ho has no wifo and children, ho can get tho allowanco for his parents par-ents by allotlng $15. If ho wants to allot more, foe Instance, If ho wants to nllot $18 to his wifo and children, ho will havo to nllot $15 through tho nureau of War Risk Insurance nnd $3 through tho offico . ot tho Quartermaster General ot tho United States army, Washington, D.
